We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return policy for most items within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged/defective item.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
